about

Oskar Schuster's soundtrack to the halloween-themed digital boardgame "October Night Games" is inspired by old horror movies as well as music from retro computer games from the 80s and 90s, all mixed with a Tim-Burtonesque charm. The spooky, catchy melodies let one think of classic game soundtracks like "Ghosts'n'Ghoblins" or "World of Illusion" while the instrumentation with celesta, antique dulcitone and piano gives the impression of a silent movie score.

about

Oskar Schuster Berlin, Germany

Oskar Schuster is a german composer and artist, living in Berlin. His songs without words evoke a fairytale-world, strange and surreal. A world full of blurry images of the past; of childhood memories and characters from children’s books; of clicking and ticking clocks and ever-looping music boxes, of far-away-lands, far-away-seas, far-away-skies, far-away-everythings. ... more
